How do I track my order?

If your order has a tracking number it will be provided in your shipping confirmation email that will be sent to the email address associated with your order.

If you did not receive a tracking number, you can expect to receive your package 2-5 days after receiving your shipping confirmation email.

If you did not receive a shipping confirmation, be sure your order isn't on back or pre order. This information would be in the description of the items page here on our site.

Do you have any coupons I can use?

Yes, the best place to find our best and newest coupons is on our Instagram!

Do we ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we currently only ship within the United States. 

What is a serving of mix?

One serving is 53g or a loosely packed 1/2 cup of mix. (For best results weigh out 53g).

What are the macros per serving?

Original Recipe: 30g protein, 19g carb and 3.5g fat per 220 calorie serving. You can see the full nutrition facts here.

Cinnamon Roll: 25g protein, 18g carb and 3.5g fat per 200 calorie serving. You can see the full nutrition facts here.

Buttermilk: 25g protein, 17g carb and 1.5g fat per 180 calorie serving. You can see the full nutrition facts here.

What are the cooking instructions?

For Pancakes:  

1. Preheat griddle or pan to medium/high heat (325-350°)

2. Combine and whisk 1/2 cup of mix (53g) and 1/3 cup of water until smooth. If too dense, add 1-2 tbsps of water until smooth. 

3. Pour batter into 3 inch pancakes, cook for 60-90 seconds then flip. Cook for another 60 seconds and serve! 

For Waffles:

1. Heat waffle iron 

2. Combine and whisk 1 cup of mix, 1 egg and 1/2 cup of water. For lighter waffles, add 1-2 tbsp of water. 

3. Cook according to the instruction on your waffle iron.

Can I make waffles with your mix?

Yes! Here are some instructions for delicious protein waffles: 

1. Heat waffle iron 

2. Combine and whisk 1 cup of mix, 1 egg and 1/2 cup of water. For lighter waffles, add 1-2 tbsp of water. 

3. Cook according to the instruction on your waffle iron.

Is your protein pancake mix Keto friendly?

Although our mixes are low in carb, they are not strict keto. Each serving has just 19g carb per serving, which for some keto dieters can fit well into their diet. However, we do use some sort of flour in all of our mixes (either oat or wheat) so depending on your level of ketosis, it may spike your insulin.

Is it Gluten Free?

At this moment, all of our mixes contain gluten.
